Say US: standard shipping $5.00 then partial amount for additonal items and if so how does it look. I am end user, so I need more explanation. I have seen 3 different extensions for flat rates but they are very limited. yours seems more promising but doesnt have what others have...here are the other 2 extensions I am looking at: flat rate plus per item and multiple flat rate shipping enhanced.
